What is Urban Atlanta Church Planting?

The mission of UACP (formerly UAII) is to intentionally plant healthy, reproducing congregations inside the perimeter (ITP) of Atlanta. We will achieve this mission through church planting, community transformation (evangelism that results in changed lives), and leadership development (coaching).

UACP Calls Strategist

In November 2009, Dr. Jim Haskell began his ministry as the Executive Director/Lead Strategist for  Urban Atlanta Church Planting (UACP). Dr. Haskell was already a member of the Leadership Team, pastoring First Baptist Church Chattahoochee, a church inside the perimeter. Under his leadership, FBCC has helped plant several UACP churches in the past year and has become a Regional Church Planting Church.

In the video below, Dr. Haskell gives a brief two minute overview of the challenges of Atlanta ITP.
